Who We Are and Services

Clear Lake Condominium, Inc. is a self-governed association of property owners legally organized under the Wisconsin State Condominium Owner Act. We are managed by a five member Board of Directors, consisting of property owners.

Designed for manufactured homes, 66 residential lots range in size from 3,541 to 9,300 sq. ft. Each residential lot is privately owned. All lot owners share equally in the ownership of all CLCI "common lands and buildings".

• All residents have access to:
• The clubhouse with full kitchen.
• Clear Lake with beach and piers but limited boat dock space.
• The private roadways within the park.
• Water and septic systems.

Garbage and recycling services are provided at the Town of Bradley at no charge.

Gas, electric, cable, and telephone, and garbage pickup are available from local providers at owners' expense.

A monthly association fee is charged for services and various maintenance requirements.
